美國(guó)伊利諾伊州萊爾市-CTS公司(紐約證券交易所股票代碼:CTS)宣布推出一款新型TCXO晶振,工作頻率為32.768kHz,適用于需要精密實(shí)時(shí)時(shí)鐘參考的應(yīng)用。TT32型具有非常嚴(yán)格的頻率穩(wěn)定性,在-40°C至+ 85°C范圍內(nèi)具有±5.0ppm的溫度,可在溫度變化范圍內(nèi)保持精確的時(shí)間; 與使用具有典型拋物線溫度曲線,+ 25°C轉(zhuǎn)換點(diǎn)和-0.035ppm /°C 2溫度系數(shù)的音叉諧振器的簡(jiǎn)單晶體器件相比。

CTS晶振TT32型最低電流消耗為1.5μA@ 3.3V,對(duì)于采用低功耗FPGA和微控制器[MCU]的便攜式或手持式電子設(shè)備的電池壽命至關(guān)重要。它還有助于最大限度地減少喚醒按需操作期間的電流消耗。有源晶振,其他主要功能包括+ 1.8V,+ 2.5V,+ 3.0V和+ 3.3V的工作電壓選項(xiàng),引腳1使能功能,節(jié)省空間的3.28mmx2.50mm陶瓷封裝,符合RoHS標(biāo)準(zhǔn)和標(biāo)準(zhǔn)卷帶包裝。
